Job Title: District Sales Manager

At US Foods, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and coaching and mentoring our sales team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and develop sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and improve the sales skills of team members
