Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Emory University. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients under the supervision of a physician
  • Document patient care and medical records
  • Conduct patient interviews and document patient histories
  • Perform physical examinations and specialized diagnostic procedures
  • Assist in diagnosing medical problems and developing care plans
  • Order and perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding medical information
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • At least one year of direct experience in a high-acuity clinical specialty
  • BLS, ACLS, and Healthcare Provider certifications
