Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional

Grady Health System is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Order and conduct diagnostic tests, interpret results, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and education.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse is required.
- Current Georgia Authorization/Certification as a NP Advanced Practice Registered Professional Nurse is required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from the Georgia Board of Nursing Graduate School NP program is required.
- Previous experience in area of specialty is preferred.
