Job Summary:
A career opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office and assigned back office team members at Articularis Healthcare Group in Simpsonville, SC. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of one year of healthcare experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR experience are required.

The Position:
This role involves providing day-to-day oversight of the front office and assigned back office team members, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic staff, and other employees to ensure efficient and effective practice operations. Key responsibilities include managing the daily clinic/staffing schedule, developing and monitoring performance metrics, mentoring and coaching team members, and maintaining excellent communication and working relationships with patients, providers, and clinical/clerical team members. This position requires strong conflict resolution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of assigned team members engaged in the patient process.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases as required.
  • Monitor daily performance of team members and conduct verbal and written performance evaluations as needed.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to office issues or problems, escalating to Practice Manager as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • One (1) year of healthcare experience.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • EHR experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
