Job Summary:
As an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate, you will visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects, utilize our sales system, and serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries.
You will also coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager, ensure customer needs and expectations are met, and develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects and provide expert advice on various flooring options.
- Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software to efficiently manage client interactions and close deals.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries, addressing customer concerns and providing timely responses.
- Installation Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs and expectations are met by working closely with the Install Manager and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Drive and Determination: Demonstrate competitive drive to exceed sales targets and achieve significant revenue growth.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Industry Knowledge: Flooring, construction, or design knowledge is advantageous but not required.

- Availability: Be available for homeowner appointments in the evenings and on weekends.
- Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits:
