Position Overview:
Our esteemed client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a dedicated Legal Support Specialist for their Orlando office. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the drafting and editing of legal documents as requested by attorneys, including but not limited to correspondence, memoranda, and various legal filings.
- Organizes and maintains both physical and digital legal files, ensuring proper documentation and retrieval processes.
- Updates and manages case information, ensuring all legal files are accurately scanned and organized.
- Coordinates the delivery of legal documents and tracks the execution of final documentation.
- Handles incoming communications for attorneys, effectively managing calls and relaying messages as needed.
- Collaborates with administrative staff, paralegals, and other legal support personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Participates in team strategy sessions to enhance workflow and service delivery.
- Utilizes available resources efficiently to achieve optimal results.
- Assists with overflow tasks and special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in administrative functions, including time entry, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities, with strong time management skills.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or similar professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, along with familiarity with document management systems.
- Knowledge of legal codes, court procedures, and filing requirements relevant to the assigned practice area.
- Experience with electronic filing systems is advantageous.
