Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, drive company sales growth, and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, and superior product knowledge.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
  • Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, and superior product knowledge.
  • Possess extensive knowledge about Kreation Organic Juicery offerings, including ingredients and benefits.
  • Exceed guest expectations by delivering a positive and complete experience.
  • Uphold Kreation Organic Juicery's standards for Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence.
  • Achieve established sales goals.
  • Enroll all customers in our Loyalty Program.
  • Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together collaboratively to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Previous 2 years customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness, and/or wellness.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift.
  • Comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity.
  • High energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic.
  • Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date.
  • Hours vary Monday - Sunday, days, evenings, and weekends. Must have flexible availability including holidays.
