About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Mr. Appliance. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Appliances: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of home appliances and equipment.
  • Provide Cost Estimates: Effectively communicate with customers to provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
  • Communicate with Customers: Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with customers to ensure they understand the services needed.
  • Order Parts and Manage Inventory: Order parts and manage company materials to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Collect Payment: Collect payment for work performed in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary for this position.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus, but not required.
