Job Overview:
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of various products or components. This role encompasses all tasks involved in the assembly line process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished goods and components.
  • Detect and document any defects, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Prepare and package completed items for distribution.
  • Engage in all tasks necessary for the production workflow.
  • Analyze work orders and schematics to guarantee compliance with production standards.
  • Utilize basic hand tools and power equipment for assembly tasks.
  • Ensure a tidy and safe workspace in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing and assembly is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual skills.
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools is essential.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and assembly instructions.
  • Basic math skills and counting ability are required.
