Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service and driving the growth and success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, overseeing staff and ensuring the highest level of standards and efficiencies.
  • Set the standards for quality and cultivate top-performing teams.
  • Lead leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and budget planning, administration, marketing, human resources, events, and off-site staffing.
  • Ensure compliance to industry and company standards, and adherence to core philosophies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of general management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant with a net revenue of $6+ million.
  • BA or BS equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Food Handling Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and RBS Certificate.
  • Strong self-management skills, ability to plan and organize to handle high-volume workloads with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to allocate resources in a cost-conscious environment, think creatively, and present ideas persuasively.
  • Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues and mobilize available resources to eliminate project bottlenecks.
  • Proactive, articulate, and diplomatic communicator, with the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities, with the ability to effectively manage others, including staff selection, training, and performance management.
  • Overall skills and knowledge of basic mathematical principles and practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and takes personal accountability and responsibility for their role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel, Aloha, Point of Sale, Ctuit, and Open Table.
