Job Overview

The Client Care Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional client care and support with daily activities of a medical spa. This includes telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening and closing transactions, and client care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding client care and customer service
  • Answer and screen high-volume inbound phone calls
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, moving, and canceling
  • Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, and programs
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client requests
  • Accurately complete client transactions
  • Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure and prioritizing client needs
  • Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic
  • Provide basic office administrative support tasks, including mailing, faxing, sorting, typing, and filing
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in all client matters
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience in medical office or understanding of cosmetic procedures and skin care products
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasional standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting/or moving up to 30 pounds
Compensation

Competitive hourly rate with bonus potential

Base pay will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, location, and market
