Senior Marketing Director for Popcornopolis

Job Summary:

The Popcornopolis Marketing Director will lead marketing efforts by planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies aligned to a global vision. This role reports to the Barcel USA General Manager and leads marketing efforts for the high-potential Popcornopolis business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define marketing, communication, and new product strategies for the Popcornopolis team, aligning with global and US teams.
  • Lead the Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns with markets, ensuring professional growth and development.
  • Lead financial planning to develop plans and forecasts that drive growth and achieve profit objectives for the company.
  • Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the global-regional-local marketing strategy and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage agencies and campaigns for communication plans.
  • Define new product launches and partner with teams to execute. Monitor performance in market.
  • Manage efforts of cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business activities.
  • Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Partner with the global team to build global brands and ensure consistent, relevant, and powerful execution of brand messaging.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable growth.

Qualifications:

  • Strong progressive Marketing background with 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods or Food Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Global experience desired.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
