Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing medications, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on their health and wellness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective operations, including inventory management, billing, and compliance.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
