Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Provide direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment environment.
- Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week.
