POSITION SUMMARY:
DICK'S Sporting Goods is in search of a dedicated and people-oriented leader to manage store operations.
The Retail Operations Leader is devoted to their team, customers, and the surrounding community.

This role is essential in driving business performance and achieving operational objectives while emphasizing coaching and development to empower the team and provide a seamless shopping experience for all patrons.

Involved in the recruitment process, this leader builds a strong store team by ensuring a diverse array of backgrounds, skills, perspectives, and experiences are represented.


Enhances sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis to identify trends; manages expenses and workforce budgeting effectively.

Ensures that visual merchandising standards are upheld, and the store remains clean, organized, and safe.

Fosters community engagement and cultivates relationships with local stakeholders.

Mitigates store loss by adhering to all safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling protocols.

Leads the team with a focus on people by establishing trust, actively listening, and dedicating time to team development.

Guides through coaching and development, integrating learning into daily operations.

Creates an inclusive environment where everyone (team members & customers) feels secure, welcomed, and respected.

REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or 5 years in a related management/customer service role

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Proficient in MS Office applications

Exceptional people management skills with a talent for developing others.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

COMPENSATION:
Targeted pay range: $90,200 - $154,000. This competitive total rewards package may include additional components such as incentives, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is influenced by various factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We regularly review teammate compensation to ensure it remains competitive and equitable.
