Position Summary:
The Community Manager serves as the essential link between Jeeter and the local budtender community. This role encompasses the planning, budgeting, and flawless execution of educational programs, social events, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring that all interactions reflect Jeeter's esteemed standards. Your organizational and communication skills will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence and keeping the local team informed about product developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for educational sessions and events, ensuring efficient execution.
- Coordinate and manage all educational programs and events, tracking budgets and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Lead social engagement initiatives and hybrid events.
Core Duties:
Management of Educational Programs and Events:
- Plan and execute budtender social events, recognition programs, and exclusive merchandise offerings to enhance brand loyalty.
- Create marketing materials and resources for educational initiatives.
- Analyze market trends to strategically plan relevant events.
- Oversee all budtender initiatives, managing costs and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring financial responsibility.
Collaboration with Product Development:
- Engage with the product development team to stay informed about current and upcoming products.
- Contribute to the creation of educational initiatives that keep the local team updated on product standards.
Budtender Advocacy:
- Design and implement state-specific initiatives to recruit and engage budtender advocates from various dispensaries.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in the development of SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all initiatives.
- Collaborate on updating informational documents to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Survey Management:
- Manage and create surveys for budtender campaigns to facilitate effective data collection.
Budgeting and Strategic Planning:
- Work with the broader team to align budgeting and planning with overall organizational objectives.
Collaborative Efforts:
- This role requires close collaboration with the Jeeter University team, product development, and educational initiatives to ensure effective coordination and successful execution of all community engagement activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of business acumen.
- Proficient in computer skills, including project management software.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in team management.
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing programs, campaigns, and events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
