The Sales Code Enablement Specialist I plays a critical role in supporting revenue generation and the sales process across all Sales Segments at Paycom Online. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders to design and implement Paycom product solutions for prospective clients.
- Assess prospect documentation and processes to develop custom product solutions that meet their needs.
- Process and validate submitted payrolls from Sales Representative demo codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support functional solution development for all Paycom products.
- Coach Sales Representatives on Paycom product setup best practices to enhance their confidence and skills.
- Stay informed on federal and state-specific legislation to create government-compliant solutions.
- Lead various product and demo code-related projects to support product readiness and prepare demo codes for go-to-market release.
- Stay up-to-date on all current and upcoming Paycom product updates to field inquiries from Sales Representatives.
- 1+ years of professional experience in business, communication, customer service, and/or related fields, including experience with Paycom.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and web conferencing.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and devise creative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in individual or group settings.
- Adaptability and a strong ability to navigate change in a calm and confident manner.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise-level technology.
