Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and fire safety systems to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies to maintain safe and efficient building operations.
  • Implement an energy management strategy to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of a preventive maintenance program aimed at prolonging the lifespan of building machinery and systems.

  • Perform inspections on building systems, including fire alarms and HVAC, to verify operational integrity and compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school certification with 4-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Preferred Universal CFC certification and relevant licenses as required by local regulations.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to operational tasks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
