BGIS Global Integrated Solutions US LLC is seeking a skilled Critical Facility Engineer to maintain critical mechanical, electrical, and control systems in a critical environment facility.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems typically used in critical environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients.
  • Responding to customer service requests in a timely manner.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks in accordance with BGIS Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Troubleshooting, evaluating, and recommending system upgrades.
  • Ordering parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.
  • Soliciting proposals for outsourced work.
  • Working with vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets BGIS and Client standards.
  • Accurately and timely completing work order requests.
  • Escalating issues to Critical Environment Facility Manager as needed.

Required education, knowledge, and abilities include a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
