Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach courses in Management and Organizational Behavior, and Leadership Development at Terra State Community College. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses that align with the current curriculum goals and objectives, including Management and Organizational Behavior, and Leadership Development.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback to students.
  • Communicate with students, colleagues, and administrators in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to promote student success and academic excellence.
Requirements
  • Masters in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industry manager.
  • Ability to teach in a variety of formats, including on-campus and online.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA and significant professional experience in business management.
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably at the college level.
