We are seeking a highly qualified adjunct faculty member to teach our Advanced Experimental Psychology course in an in-person format. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging class activities, developing online materials and assessments, providing timely feedback on written assignments, and responding to student inquiries within 24 hours.
Course OverviewOur Advanced Experimental Psychology course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and psychological research. Students will conduct individual studies, develop critical thinking skills, and demonstrate mastery of the psychology content through a comprehensive subject test.
Qualifications- A master's degree in Psychology or a closely-related field
- Experience with collecting and analyzing quantitative data
- A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, teaching at the college level or teaching/training adults is highly preferred
- A desire to use innovative instructional techniques
- A willingness to collaborate with peers
- A genuine interest in student development
- An ability to work with diverse student populations
