Job Title: Healthcare Informatics Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Informatics Specialist to join our team at Quantaleap in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, configure, implement, and support the VADOC Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and solution.
Responsibilities- Design and implement the VADOC EHR system and business workflows
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to staff
- Develop software design documents and train staff on technical procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management methodology and principles of technical system analysis, design, development, configuration, and support
- Documentation skills for various workflow processes based on health standards and implementations
- Ability to customize, evaluate, configure, analyze, and document the VADOC EHR system and business workflows
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
