Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking skilled Healthcare Specialists to conduct comprehensive health risk assessments on Medicare Advantage members. This ideal part-time opportunity allows you to make up your schedule and earn supplemental income. If you have not seen a job posted in your county, we are not hiring providers for that county. You are welcome to apply if you're willing to travel to the counties where the job is posted. Inquire about compensation incentives based on volume AND/OR availability.
Responsibilities of the Healthcare Specialist:
• Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments on Medicare Advantage members.
• Identify all active and chronic disease conditions and determine physical, mental, and social needs during the visit.
• Educate and counsel patients on identified conditions and screening procedures.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations using provided iPad.
Requirements of the Healthcare Specialist:
• Healthcare Specialist license in any specialty, excluding women's health and pediatrics.
• Availability consisting of a minimum of five or more 7.5-hour days per month.
• Willingness to travel throughout your county and neighboring counties if needed.
This role offers an estimated salary of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
