Resource Informatics Group is committed to delivering cutting-edge data networking solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

As a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing data networking oversight and expertise in legacy telco services, including broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, and wireless mobile services. Your extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices will enable you to effectively manage the broadband circuit portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting with the Data Networking services lifecycle, from strategic planning to operations and financials, with a focus on broadband circuits. You will also possess expertise in wireless mobile phone and Data Networking, allowing you to specify business requirements for current and future services.

A key aspect of this role is performing Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio and create future roadmaps. Additionally, you will need experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuring wireless settings for devices and managing general technology incidents.

This position requires an understanding of best practices in service management, including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service environment. You will also be responsible for responding to and resolving customer/agency escalations.

We prefer candidates with experience in State/Agency environments and ITIL Foundations certification. Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions, as well as cloud networking and Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool expertise, are highly desirable.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
