Job Summary

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our smallest format stores. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure product availability.
  • Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including product placement, signage, and display maintenance.
  • Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Meet productivity and sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
