Job Title: Program Director/Full-time Faculty

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director/Full-time Faculty to join our team at Portfolio Resident Services (PRS). As a key member of our mission-driven organization, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our residents.

Job Summary:

The Program Director/Full-time Faculty will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs that promote resident social, educational, and economic well-being. This includes creating and implementing a monthly calendar of activities and essential resources, recruiting volunteers, soliciting donations, and working with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that address resident social, educational, and economic needs
  • Create and maintain a monthly calendar of activities and essential resources
  • Recruit and manage volunteers, solicit donations, and work with community partners
  • Provide information about local resources and assistance to residents
  • Enlist resident support and participation in program planning and activities
  • Monitor and report on program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in education, social work, non-profit, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with community and social service resources
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
