Description:The Department of Engineering at Hofstra University seeks part-time, adjunct faculty member for the MS Engineering Management program. Teaching opportunities in the program will also be available. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engineering Management Graduate Program Director opportunity (Engineering Management Program Director is compensated with a supplemental appointment stipend)
- Teach core courses in Quantitative Analysis and Engineering Quality Management
- Hybrid (In-person and online) classes
- The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching graduate students with diverse backgrounds and be committed to equitable and inclusive pedagogy.
- Master’s degree in engineering management or related engineering field
- Significant management experience in a technical environment
