Job Overview

Aisin World Corp. of America is seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst - Oracle to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Oracle R12.1.3 functional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine Oracle R12.1.3 functional support, management, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and define new business process requirements, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Support the entire process of design for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Returns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Development team through all phases, from design to production, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Assist in project planning, resource planning, solution review, and change management techniques to drive business success.
  • Coordinate with process stakeholders and developers for Aftermarket locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of overall ERP experience, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS.
  • Detailed understanding of Order Management (OM) and related modules, such as INV, WSH, PO, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and EDI processes (850, 855, etc.).
  • Picking and Shipping expertise, with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to maintain a high productivity level.
  • Ability to work with users to implement solutions and business processes, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SQL skills and experience with Automotive Aftermarket business and processes.
  • Integration with Inventory and Purchasing modules, with the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with forms personalization development and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
