Job Title: Director, Donor Marketing

At New York Blood Center Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Donor Marketing to lead our donor engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive donor acquisition and retention across our Blood Operations divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to meet product and service objectives across all divisions
  • Collaborate with divisional Donor Recruitment and Collections teams to ensure alignment with overarching marketing strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of divisional marketing managers to achieve strategic goals
  • Translate Enterprise Donor Engagement leadership directives into actionable plans at the divisional level
  • Evaluate campaign performance and market dynamics to propose necessary adjustments
  • Optimize media relationships and expenditures to support strategic objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated leadership experience in marketing and/or communications
  • At least 7 years of team management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and evaluating media opportunities
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in blood center marketing and communication
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on location. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
