Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Coach to join our team. As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of restaurant managers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Ensure that all budget and financial projections are met.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit and retain high-quality management candidates.
    • Develop and implement strategies for retaining all employees.
  • Operational Excellence
