Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Old Chicago Pizza. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand, following company-approved washing techniques.
  • Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to ensure efficient service to our guests.
  • Keep the dish area, equipment, and chemicals organized and well-stocked to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Inspect and verify the dish machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the workday.
  • Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (unless local/state regulations apply).
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of our restaurant.
