Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Regional Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs) and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage multiple IRAs operated by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination
  • Participate in organizational meetings and represent the agency in various events and meetings
  • Advocate on behalf of the people served by the agency

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS Driver's License and personal transportation
  • Associate's Degree in human services or related field
  • Minimum of one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities, plus supervisory experience
