About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Supervisor to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As an Overnight Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and cleanliness of our venue during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overnight cleaning crew to ensure the venue is clean and presentable for the next day's events.
- Reset the venue for the following event, including setting up necessary equipment and supplies.
- Ensure the venue is secure at the end of the shift, including locking doors and monitoring security cameras.
- Assist with light laundry duties and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs and climb ladders up to 10ft high.
- Take notes of any damage to the venue and report to management.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition of shifts.
- Assist with guest complaints or problems, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
- Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of an emergency.
- May assist in verifying staff credentials to restricted areas.
- Assist patrons by giving directions to places inside or outside the venue.
- Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
- Additional tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying 35lbs+.
