Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Season and cook food according to recipes using personal judgment and experience.
  • Ensure the appropriate presentation and quality of dishes is served.
  • Properly store and rotate food.
  • Organize food storage and kitchen equipment.
  • Interact with guests, helping with any questions or concerns regarding food items or service.
  • Consult with management to organize the execution of caterings, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
