Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a full lifecycle Project Manager.
  • Experience managing a high volume of moderately complex projects (including banners, emails, print, broadcast, and search).
  • Strong numerical acumen.
  • Ability to comprehend needs and translate them into clear templates and processes.
  • Experience in media and/or advertising is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MediaTools is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, demonstrating accuracy and excellence.
  • Proficiency in project management software; familiarity with Smartsheets is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and ensure team accountability.
  • Knowledge of digital routing systems is an advantage (e.g., Prisma).
  • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks across various disciplines.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong diplomatic and relationship management skills.
