Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for their appointments by executing the Advanced Standard room process. This includes documenting the chief complaint, measuring vital signs, reviewing medical history and allergies, and conducting thorough medication reconciliations. You will also assist in addressing care gaps such as fall risk assessments, depression screenings, and other preventative health measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-office tests, including blood draws, mental status evaluations, EKGs, and point-of-care testing.
- Administer vaccines and injections as permitted by your scope of practice.
- Schedule follow-up appointments in accordance with office protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and the clinical team to ensure effective implementation of care plans.

Qualifications for LPN:
- Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
- Licensure: Must hold an active LPN license.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a clinical healthcare setting, preferably in primary care.

Qualifications for Medical Assistant:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of employment and possess active Medical Assistant certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA).
