- Lead a team of analytics professionals in the design, development, and deployment of process analytics systems, including data collection, processing, and visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process analytics with manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless data flow and informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, process scientists, and regulatory experts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and process improvements.
- 15 years of experience in process analytics, manufacturing operations, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical process control and data science.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, mathematics, or computer science.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science ecosystems.
- Knowledge of IT systems and data management platforms.
- Collaborative experience with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with multivariate data analysis and process modeling.
