Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and guest flow
  • Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and other service staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a lead host or Maitre D role at a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
  • Experience with Resy reservations system is preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
