Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maitre D' to join our team. As a Maitre D', you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing reservation systems, and providing exceptional guest experiences. If you possess excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality leadership, and a knack for creating memorable dining experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservation systems and ensure smooth guest flow
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional service and ensure high guest satisfaction
  • Lead and train a team of Maitre D's to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Lead Host or Maitre D' role at a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Resy reservations system is a plus
  • Ability to articulate detailed information to guests, think on one's feet, and maintain standards of professionalism and composure
