Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist

At ARMOR-IIMAK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, as well as developing and executing employee engagement and recognition programs to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement and recognition programs to drive business results, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Manage and update the company's careers website and social media sites to ensure accurate and engaging reflection of opportunities and company culture.
  • Participate in community recruitment events to engage with prospective candidates and represent the company in a positive, professional, and engaging way.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and engagement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience successfully engaging and attracting diverse talent to join an organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Good time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under deadline pressure.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in an HRIS application, preferably ADP.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
