Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers via email, phone, and video conference tools.
  • Platform Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our GIS platform and its features to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Onboarding and Training: Conduct training sessions for new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth adoption of our platform.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key users and product champions at customer organizations to understand their needs and deliver value.
  • Issue Triage and Resolution: Collaborate with our Engineering team to triage and resolve application bugs, and work with our Product Development team to deliver platform feature requests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong background in customer support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Education: Technical degree in a relevant discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent training certification.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics to users of varying skill levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in GSuite and basic office software, with the ability to learn new apps quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Broadband Industry Experience: Experience working in the broadband industry, with knowledge of software design and testing, preferably map-based (GIS) software.
