About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a clinical leader in the field of dialysis care. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dialysis care to patients in an outpatient setting, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in dialysis care or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
