Job Summary

Warren Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct callers to the appropriate staff member.
  • Customer Service: Provide information to callers, visitors, and staff members, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and manage calendars for conference rooms and other business functions.
  • Mail and Package Management: Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and packages.
  • Office Supplies: Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior front desk, administrative, and office experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, solid computer skills, and a positive attitude.
