Job Summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Resource Analyst to support the ACC IBS Exec Support Program at Langley AFB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quantitative analyses of investment programs and financial data for the IBS EA Enterprise, including budget development, financial execution analysis, and process quality and efficiency analysis.
  • Assist IBS EA Staff in planning and organizing activities of the IBS enterprise, providing input on specified IBS policies, programs, and budget items.
  • Manage and execute two portfolios, including an operating budget with Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Research and Development (R&D), and Procurement funds.
  • Perform program and resource management functions to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute DoD Appropriations.
  • Communicate budget analysis results in oral presentations and written technical reports, advising on the management of Government Purchase Card (GPC), Commander's Resource Information System (CRIS), Financial Management Suite (FM Suite), and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS).
  • Assist in monitoring Defense Travel System (DTS), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)/Join Appointment Module (JAM) to administer by-law programs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of financial management related experience
  • Prior Integrated Broadcast Systems (IBS) related experience
  • Active Top Secret DOD Clearance or eligible for Top Secret
  • BS/BA degree desired but not required
