As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a vital role in welcoming our Owners and guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable from arrival to departure. Your duties will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing accurate information about the resort and local attractions, and crafting personalized vacation experiences.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management; maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests following company standards; proactively address service needs and assist guests with disabilities; express genuine gratitude to guests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally; answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette.
  • Foster positive working relationships; collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives; listen and respond to employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
