Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator II to join our team at Warren CAT. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and manage work orders for customers
  • Update and maintain accurate records, including aged WIP (Work in Progress) and technician notes
  • Prepare work orders for invoicing and collect pre-payments from customers
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors and reconcile P-card statements
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Maintain inventory and supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply instructions and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
