As a Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading the development of Model Based Systems Engineering architecture, including digital standards, processes, and tools to define systems architecture, systems definition, verification, and validation approaches, as well as gated reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and document efficient technical processes and methodologies for system engineering and product development, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Negotiate and optimize organizational approaches to system definition and execution, balancing multiple interests.
  • Work closely with internal customers and tool developers to refine requirements and implement model-based programs and tools.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $146,644.50 to $205,302.30 per year, depending on location, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.
