Job Title: Director of Construction Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Construction Operations to lead our residential construction team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Production team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Evaluate and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Lead production efforts, including strategic planning, project meetings, and daily site visits.
  • Document and manage permits, ensure compliance with building codes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor job sites daily to ensure progress, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Oversee project meetings, daily logs, and client communications, including billing and change orders.
  • Manage job completion and punch lists to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in managing a Production Department for a residential remodeling company or equivalent.
  • Professional degree, preferably in Construction Management or equivalent hands-on experience in residential remodeling as a carpenter or other tradesperson.
  • Proficiency with MS 365, Excel, and BuilderTrend.
