Role Overview:
The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting various financial processes, ensuring precise financial reporting and analysis. This position is integral to the financial health of the organization, contributing to strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
2. Analyze variances against plans and forecasts to provide insights for management.
3. Support the annual financial planning and quarterly forecasting by delivering detailed sales analysis and information.
4. Develop additional sales metrics and maintain current performance analytics.
5. Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Collaborate with various departments to provide business support for sales promotions and business cases.
7. Manage back-office support regarding payment plans, billing inquiries, and accounts receivable/financial cash flow support.
8. Participate in initiatives related to Integrated Planning and Strategy as needed.
9. Execute ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
2. A minimum of 4 years of progressive finance experience is required, preferably within a sales environment.
3. Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
4. Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with proven experience in their application.
8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and time constraints.
