Overview

Emory Healthcare is a leading academic health system in Georgia, and we are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiac Critical Care team at Emory University Hospital Midtown.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with complex cardiac conditions, including multi-system failure, advanced heart failure, and heart transplantation.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient information and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Current ICU experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Georgia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
